My role in the company is to be the human resources director. This job followes a huge amount of contribution to the training of work members as well as to show the many rules and regulations that must be preceded along with abiding employment laws.
Aims/objectives
Aims allow us to see what we want from this experiance and we need an objective in order to fufill our aims.
My job role aim;
1.Managing disiplanary proceeding's-This has an objective that includes that rules are layed down, these can be from the basic meeting rules to communication rules. i would also have to make people aware of these rules, and must ensure punishments are taken into account if any rules are broken.
2.Ensuring the company complies with employment law- This includes everyone being treated fairly, paying the workers and taking notes of hours worked. In my objectivies i would also have to look at and study this further in order to fufill my aim.
3.In the future or when we start the business i would have to look at the company mission- I would need to look at the goal and targets and make sure we know were the business is going.
This is the work I did on week six, I had to look at communication and technology, sufficient and quick ways to recieve messages both formal and informal.
My blog will be mostly about my business studies work, I will display my work on this blog that I have studied through the year. On the very first week I research on a succssesful entreprenuer, you may also now him as the man who created facebook.
